Host a party at the Gateway Peninsula Clubhouse that features a pool, pool deck, and cabana that can easily accommodate over 30 guests. You will find the cabana to be inviting, as it offers a full kitchen, tables, & chairs available to you and all your guests.

View the island's unique sunrises & sunsets, whether you decide to look out your master bedroom window, lounge on your private dock, head to a nearby lookout, or picnic at one of our local beaches.

Take your watercraft out of the marina to a nearby reef where you can snorkel with turtles, dolphins, and tropical fish.

During the fall and winter months, take time to appreciate the annual spectacle of humpback whales spouting in the distance with their calves.
